About Terrance Green
Terrance Green is the Founder of Truxton Creative whose unique skill set combines political strategy with high-level creative content.
In 2020, the Biden for President Campaign chose Terrance as the creative and strategic lead to reach African American voters – in what is the largest-ever paid media operation to turn out the Black vote by a Presidential campaign in history – an effort which propelled the Biden-Harris ticket to a decisive victory.
A past Senior Vice President at ad firm GMMB, Terrance was also a key contributor on both of President Obama’s winning Media Teams, with a lead role during the 2012 reelection. Since then, he’s helped the DCCC flip the house from red to blue – on the strength of women and candidates of color; supported Planned Parenthood in protecting women’s health; elected leaders in places where they said they couldn’t win; empowered A Wider Circle’s mission to eliminate poverty; advocated for mental health awareness with The Kennedy Forum, and documented the birth of Black Lives Matter movement.
Terrance’s experience in creating visual content & messaging extends beyond campaigns – producing content for Visa, Intel, The American Beverage Association, UNICEF, CTIA – America’s Wireless Companies, DC Public Schools and The University of the District of Columbia.
