About Madeline Conway

Madeline Conway is the Vice President at Impact Research. She has polled for Democratic campaigns up and down the ballot, helping candidates from state legislature to U.S. Congress develop winning messaging and strategy, including most recently Congresswoman Laura Gillen’s (NY-4) victory, one of Democrats’ only red-to-blue pickups of the 2024 cycle, and Frontline Congresswoman Dina Titus’s (NV-1) last two reelection wins. In 2024, she was also part of the research team for Vice President Kamala Harris’s Presidential campaign.

Madeline is an experienced focus group moderator and has conducted both polling and qualitative research on behalf of organizations including the DCCC and advocacy groups on issues including health care, reproductive rights, energy and the environment, taxes, and the economy. Madeline also contributes to the firm’s international work and has conducted research on four continents.

Madeline is based in Washington, D.C., and was a reporter at Politico in Washington and in various regional newsrooms around the country before entering politics. She is also an alum of the 2018 Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, where she worked with Red-to-Blue campaigns in a dozen swing seats, and other campaigns in the Chicago area, where she grew up.
